01 / Scope
JAVArchive is presented at img23.javarchive.tv. These conditions apply when accessing its pages, distributing its image links or using any available account functions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful and that you have the capacity to agree to these conditions.
02 / Excluded material
No child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Material involving the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of minors may not be hosted, referenced for distribution, requested or circulated through this service.
No unauthorized copyrighted content. Reference use does not automatically authorize copying. Supply only original work, licensed material or content for which you otherwise have a lawful right of use. Honor every relevant license restriction.
03 / Rights and provenance
The rights in an image remain with their owner. If you submit a file for hosting, the operational permission you grant is limited to storing, reproducing and delivering that file as part of the service. Maintain any permissions and source information needed to substantiate your right to use it.
04 / Access conditions
Do not use an account that is not yours, share access credentials, misrepresent ownership, distribute malware or disrupt service operation. Threats, doxxing and non-consensual intimate material are forbidden.
A URL is an access path, not a guarantee of confidentiality. Retain another copy of every file you need to keep.
05 / Restrictions and removal
Access may be suspended or material disabled for breaches of these conditions. Illegal activity may be referred to an appropriate authority. A copyright concern must identify the work, the disputed URL and the claimant’s authority.
Availability is subject to change; no permanent archive or uninterrupted service is promised. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
06 / Policy record
This page is the current statement of these terms. Later changes will be published here. Consult the Content Guidelines for further reporting information.
